More than just a home inspection company...
What we do:
- Standard Residential Inspections: A visual and functional evaluation of major home systems, including structural components (foundation, walls), roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Pre-Listing Inspections: Conducted for sellers to identify issues before a home goes on the market.
- New Construction Phase Inspections: Multi-stage reviews during the building process, often including “pre-drywall” and final occupancy checks.
- 11-Month Warranty Inspections: Performed for new homeowners before their builder’s one-year warranty expires.
- Thermal Imaging: A thermal imaging inspection provides peace of mind by uncovering “invisible” threats like electrical fire risks and hidden moisture. It is a cost-effective way to extend asset life and significantly reduce utility bills through targeted energy improvements.
- Air Quality Testing: Air quality testing is a vital addition to modern property inspections, as indoor air can be 2 to 5 times more polluted than outdoor air. Providing this service helps to identify invisible health hazards, protect property value, and ensure long-term structural integrity. *This is not a radon test. Samples are collected and sent to a third-party lab for testing.

Need additional inspections beyond just the home inspection? At Superior Structural Inspections, we provide a comprehensive suite of services that combine standard visual assessments with highly technical, niche evaluations.
We will schedule and prepay for additional inspections such as pest and radon. We will then send one invoice to the client for all inspections. There is never an additional fee for this service nor do we charge a fee for billing to escrow. This model allows us to be a single point of contact for our client and/or client’s agent.
