  • Condo/Townhouse: $380.00
  • Single Family Home: <3,000 sqft: $430.00
  • Single Family Home: 3,001 sqft – 4,000 sqft: $530.00
  • Single Family Home: 4,001 sqft – 5,000 sqft: $630.00
  • Single Family Home: 5,001 sqft – 6,000 sqft: $730.00
  • Single Family Home: 6,001+ sqft: $730.00 + $100.00 for every 1,000 sqft
 

Additional Third-Party Inspections:

  • Pest: $140.00 – $200.00
  • HVAC: $260.00 per system
  • Sewer Scope: $250.00 – $400.00
  • Radon Testing: $200.00 – $250.00
  • Well Audit & Water Quality: $450.00 – $1,000.00
  • Septic Inspection & Pumping: $800 – $1,500.00
  • Fireplace & Washoe County Certification: $140.00 – $275.00

Additional Fees:

  • A destination fee may apply to properties outside of Washoe County.
  • A $25.00 charge per additional system will be applied to properties with more than one HVAC system.
  • $50.00 – $200.00 will be applied to properties with operational outbuildings such as detached garages, cottages, workshops, barns/stables, etc
